TEXAS BULL

The calf's are ballerin along with the cows, just got done separating them. they are not a happy bunch, The only one that seems happy today is painted dessert [the bull] it's a crisp day 32 degrees. it's relaxing when you work with the longhorns on days like this! you work them easy and they go just About anywhere you want them too!

TEXAS Longhorn

The Texas longhorn cattle are like none other! I have always admired the longhorn breed the way they graze on the move not staying in one place to long. Almost like a ghost herd one minute they are there and the next they are gone! Everyone has their own markings, they can be so gentle but predators look out they are one of the most protective breeds! I can watch them sometimes for what seems like forever. I started breeding them just a few years ago I started with two and now I've got sixteen head would have more but I've sold a few and lost a cow and calf.
